Please read the below information in order to make your booking experience and visit to Xtreme Funfair @ The Pavilions Shopping Centre, Swords from the 17th April to the 26th April 2026 more pleasant and enjoyable.
Xtreme Funfair operates a 2HR unlimited ride wristband OR a pay per ride system. Two great ways to enjoy your day.
Unlimited ride wristbands and ride tokens can be purchased via the front event box office on the day OR via our website where you earn rewards that can be redeemed on future purchases.
2HR Unlimited Ride Wristbands Price
Unlimited Ride Wristband € 20 per person
Unlimited ride wristbands are only valid when securely placed on the users wrist.
TOKENS
One Token = € 1
The majority price structure is 3 token's per person / per ride. Some rides are 4 token's
Different events may have different majority price structures.
Tokens may be shared with family and friends.
ENTRY
Entry to Xtreme Funfair @ the Pavilions Shopping Centre is FREE.
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR PURCHASE
After completing your purchase online a booking email will also be sent to your email address.
Check In is completed @ the event box office via the main entrance.
Upon entering the que please have to hand the booking QR code for scanning.
You can obtain your booking QR code via the booking email sent to you from info@casselys.com
Please present your QR code to the box office staff for scanning, and they will get you all checked in and ready to go have fun.
Please note: Cash & Card payments are accepted at the event.
FOOD & GAME STALLS
Food stalls and game stalls accept cash / card / tokens / or a mixture of all.
EVENT TIME'S
Monday to Friday : 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday : 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
You can receive a 100% refund excluding the booking fee if your request is submitted 24 hours prior to your booking date. Once the 24 hour window has elapsed you can receive a 50% refund excluding the booking fee up to and including the day of booking.
No refunds for next day cancellations.
A booking amendment request must be submitted 24 hours minimum prior to your booking date in order to be accommodated
To apply for a cancellation please send your #BOOKING ID with cancellation request to stephen@xtremefunfair.ie and we will process your refund within a working week.
